Join the Oxford Guild in welcoming Nicola Walton on Wednesday of 6th week.

She will deliver a talk on the changing nature of journalism and the skills needed to prosper in the 21st century marketplace.

Nicola Walton is a known name in financial journalism, having worked in both broadcast and print media for a series of employers, including the Financial Times and The Independent. After a career break in 2010, she spent four years as a visiting lecturer at City University’s Journalism School in London, where she wrote an economic module for a new Masters in Financial Journalism course.

She has just been commissioned by publishers Routledge to write an economic reporting textbook for use by journalists, PRs and business economists.
