Fresh off the first season of her internationally broadcast VICELAND show, “Needles and Pins”, the Oxford Guild is excited to welcome tattoo artist and model Grace Neutral, aka the ‘Tattoo Alien Princess’, to Oxford University to speak to students and screen an episode of her show. This will be a rare opportunity to meet Grace in person and hear her unique and extraordinary story. She is a presenter and artist who has become a worldwide internet phenomenon, dubbed the ‘tattoo-covered alien princess’ by i-D for her extensive body modifications, which include her blue inked eyeballs, face scarifications, pixie-cut ears, removed belly button and countless tattoos marking her life experiences. The event takes place from 6.30pm in Wadham College’s Gillese Badun room. THIS IS NOT ONE TO MISS!
A former ballet dancer, she now works as a tattoo artist in London and travels the world discovering and presenting tattoo and body modifications of cultures both contemporary and ancient. Grace will be at the University to discuss her causes, which include body positivity and women’s rights, as well as her craft and travels.
