Mitesh is Chief Executive Officer of Redington Ltd.

Redington was co-founded 10 years ago, by entrepreneurs Dawid Konotey-Ahulu & Robert J Gardner, to solve the UK pensions crisis. Our goal is to make 100 million people financially secure. Our financial education programme, RedSTART, is working to teach 1 million school children to budget, save, invest and give back by 2025.

Between 2005 and 2012 Mitesh held a number of roles at Henderson Global Investors, a FTSE 250 independent fund management company – from Product Specialist, to Director of Business Innovation and Head of Fixed Income.

Before Henderson, he worked at Watson Wyatt LLP (now Willis Towers Watson) as an Investment Consultant, specialising in Fixed Income Manager Research. Mitesh’s career began at Aon Consulting as an investment analyst, where he completed the bulk of his actuarial exams (Institute of Actuaries).

He qualified from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science in 1999. After graduating, Mitesh spent a year in India studying at Tatvagnan Vidhyapeeth (School of Philosophy).
